Customer Support Team Member

 

Job Description

Weber Industries, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, customer-focused individual, who possesses a positive, team-first attitude to assist customers on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for setting and ensuring that the customers’ expectations are always met.

 

General Responsibilities

  • Entry of customer orders
  • Efficiently assist customers with inquiries via phone, online chat, or email
  • Processing freight bills from various carriers
  • Investigate customer freight issues
  • Work with logistics companies to ensure on time deliveries
  • Communicate customer concerns to management
  • Assist sales staff with various inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

We are looking for a team player who is focused on serving our customers. Applicants must understand the importance and urgency in providing customers with accurate information. Previous customer service experience, including data entry is a must.
